DMCA & Copyright Policy
Effective Date: June 4, 2026
ZipBrowserOnline respects the intellectual property rights of others. However, because of the specific technical nature of our tool, our ability to respond to standard takedowns differs from a traditional website[cite: 3].
We Are Not a File Host
ZipBrowserOnline does not host, store, or cache any files. When a user utilizes our tool, our server acts purely as a transient data proxy (a bridge) between the user's browser and a third-party server URL provided by that user[cite: 3]. Because no files are stored on our hard drives, we cannot delete or remove copyrighted files from the internet.[cite: 3]
How to Issue a Takedown
If you are a copyright holder and find that your content is being accessed via our tool:
- Contact the Origin Host (Primary Action): You must issue your DMCA takedown request to the server or hosting provider where the file is actually located (e.g., Google Drive, MediaFire, or the specific remote server)[cite: 3]. Once the file is removed from the origin host, our tool will automatically return a "404 Not Found" error and can no longer access it[cite: 3].
-
URL Blacklisting (Secondary Action): While we cannot delete the file, we can block our tool from processing specific origin URLs[cite: 3]. If you wish to have a specific URL blacklisted from our engine, please contact our Support channel with:
- Proof of your copyright ownership[cite: 3].
- The exact direct URL(s) you wish to be blacklisted from our proxy tool[cite: 3].
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your request is accurate[cite: 3].
We will process valid URL blacklisting requests promptly[cite: 3].
